An existing “warehouse district” facility was remodeled to house a dynamic Minneapolis marketing company. The east side of the building was converted into offices and support functions for the marketing and creative departments. The southern area of the building was utilized for studio design fabrication and photographic production. Included within the building is the notable “Harmony Box” studio, a sophisticated recording studio used by many internationally known musicians and recording artists.
